Semi-Private Coaching
Looking for individualized programming but don’t need one on one? This is the section for you. I’ll still tailor a program to YOUR goals and needs but we’ll have other athletes in the room. Class size is limited to 3 so you will get lots of attention but still have workout buddies! Great for couples, friend groups, and teammates. Class Pass included.
